- Q. What is a merchant?
A. A merchant also called as advertiser, merchant is an organization or individual who sells a product or service, and accepts orders and payment for those orders. Merchants pay commissions to affiliates for sales generated through their online promotional efforts.
- Q. What is an affiliate?
A. An affiliate also called as publisher, affiliate is an independant organization or person, who is willing to promote a product or a service, in exchange for a commission should that product be purchased, or lead generated as a result of your online promotional efforts.
- Q: What is an affiliate network?
A: An affiliate network is a way for merchants to extend the distribution of their products and services through a virtual sales force made up of any number of any kind of other web sites. In other words, having other websites promote your products and services. By setting up an affiliate program for your products and services, you can greatly extend your marketing reach. An affiliate network is made up of two primary parties- Merchants and Affiliates.
You are required to simply create a program within your EnjoyClicks Affiliate Network merchant account. An example program - "You will offer affiliates $5 commission for every sale that they refer to your site."
An affiliate will log into their account in the affiliate section of EnjoyClicks Affiliate Network and can see your program. This affiliate may think that they could sell a lot of your product, so they signup to your program. By doing this, they now have a banner of yours which they place on their website.
Internet users enter the affiliates website and come across your banner. The user clicks on your banner (click) and is sent to your site. Whilst at your site, the user may buy something (sale) or fill in a form (lead). If they do this, you then have to pay the affiliate for the customer that they have referred to you. Eg. If the customer bought a T-shirt for $39.95, you have to pay them $5.00 commission ("You will offer affiliates $5 commission for every sale that they refer to your site, or you can give as percentage x%.").

- Q: Does it cost anything to join the EnjoyClicks Affiliate Network?
A: No, there is NO cost to join EnjoyClicks Affiliate Network, if you are a merchant, you can start from our "Normal" merchant account.
- Q: What are your rates?
A: We charge less than other website of the transaction price depending on what you payout to affiliates.
- CPM: US$2.00, cost per millenium(one thousand)
- CPC: 10%, cost per click
- CPL: 10%, cost per lead
- CPS: 2%, cost per saleThe more you pay to affiliates the less your transaction fee will be.
- Q: What is the minimum deposit?
A: You must make an initial deposit of US$100.00 to get started. All of the deposit will go towards paying affiliates. After that you may make deposits in increments of any amount.
- Q: Is there any minimum monthly fees?
A: No, there are no minimums at this time.
- Q: What's the different with your two merchant account types: "Normal Account" and "Advanced Account"?
A: The Normal account is FREE to signup, this account limited to run only ONE(1) program. The Advanced account need pay US$50.00 to start, this payment is one-time, the Advanced account has no limit to run programs. Normal account can upgrade to Advanced account at any time after pay the US$50.00 setup fee.
- Q: Is there a program setup fee?
A: No, there are no setup fees at this time.
- Q: What type of advertising links can I create via your system?
A: We supply various advertising links, which includes:
- Text Ad
- Graphic Banner Ad
- Flash Ad
- HTML Ad
- Pop-up Ad
- Template Text Ad (text and graphics)- Q. How does EnjoyClicks Affiliate Network track leads(CPL) or sales(CPS) generated by each affiliate?
A. We use our own tracking system. By placing pixels on merchants' confirmation or thank you page, our system is able to track impressions, clicks, and leads or sales. You are able to track all this activity in the statistics area after you log in to the system, to see how each of the offers you are promoting is performing. We also use cookies, the cookies are only used to identify affiliate generated sales, and we do not collect any other information for any other purpose with these cookies. Upon an event, such as a lead or a sale, we are able to determine the total amount of commission paid to the affilaite, and the affiliate that was responsible for that sale.
- Q: Can I add a pay per sale offer?
A: Yes, pay per sale offers are supported.
- Q: How do I get affiliates?
A: Affiliates on our network will see your program listed in the appropriate category, as well as in our "New" category for a period of 20 days. You can also recruit your own affiliates (and should) by using a page that we provide to you.
- Q: Do you support pay per click offers?
A: Yes, pay per click offers are supported.
- Q: What kind of fraud prevention do you have?
A: We have many automated tools in place to alert us to possible fraud. Our team also monitors the activities of merchants and affiliates alike, to make sure that there is no suspicious activity. ALL checks are reviewed before they are sent, and fraudulent users will NOT be paid ANY commissions. The fact is that most people who attempt to fraud merchants or affiliates, are not very good at it, and are easy to spot, catch, and terminate from the network. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for fraud, no exceptions, no second chances.
- Q: Is there any software to install on our server, do we need to pay you for this?
A: We give you a small piece of HTML code to put on the "Action" page of your website. For a per-sale, per-lead program, this would be the page that displays a receipt, etc. That is the only "software" to install, there is no other programming knowledge required at all. If you need help installing the software, we will help, there is no charge for help setting up the shareasale.com code. We do charge you if you need redesigning of your website, shopping cart code, etc...however, this event is quite rare as 99% of the time, your webmaster should be able to complete the job very quickly.
- Q: Will I be able to control my own account?
A: Yes, you will have full access and management to your account.
- Q: How long does it take to get started, and be up and running with my program?
A: Most merchants can be up and running in the same day that they sign up.
- Q: Will I be able to decide which affiliates can run my offers?
A: You will have the option to review each affiliate for approval/denial or to auto approve all affiliates.
- Q: Do I have to open a new account to advertiser another program?
A: No, as long as you keep your main account funded you will be able to add multiple offers.
- Q: Will I be able to see all of my stats?
A: Yes, you will be able to view which affiliates are sending you traffic and all the transaction data as well.
- Q: Do you offer help with programming if it is needed by us?
A: Yes, we can help you with any custom programming that you may need done to help your needs to be compatible with our network.
- Q: Does EnjoyClicks Affiliate accept any advertiser or any affiliate into their network?
A: EnjoyClicks Affiliate is extremely particular about both advertisers and affiliates that it works with. EnjoyClicks Affiliate turns down over 75% of the website publishers that apply to the network. This brings greater quality to you, the advertiser. On the converse end, we also turn down many interested advertisers, as they sometimes are not a good fit for us. We would like to accommodate everyone, but by keeping the focus on quality over quantity we are able to bring a great network to all our partners.

- Q: Do I have to pay anything to be an affiliate?
A: It is FREE to join the EnjoyClicks Affiliate Network as an affiliate.
- Q: Are there requirements to be an affiliate?
A: Affiliates must have a valid web site address, and valid email address in order to participate. Affiliates can differentiate themselves by having a top-level-domain name, and by providing a description of their intent to participate on the EnjoyClicks Affiliate Network. Membership to the network is controlled by us, and we may review/reject/accept any application for any reason. We strive to bring in quality sites to our network, both affiliate and merchant alike.
- Q: When do you send out payments?
A: Affiliates are paid monthly on every 1st, within 7 days of the end of the designated month.
- Q. How do I see reports on my earnings?
A. You can access your account at anytime, 24 hours a day - 7 days a week, using the username and password that you selected when signing up for your account. The reporting is all web based, and user-friendly for your conveinence.
- Q. How much do I have to earn to get paid?
A. You must accrue $25.00 in your account before "Request Payment". Amounts equaling less than $50.00 roll over to the next month and accumulate from there.
- Q. Can international residents join?
A. Yes, we do accept international affiliates.
- Q. What about the customers who don't have cookies turned on in their browser?
A. Our research indicates that nearly 99% of internet users have cookies enabled on their browser. Cookies are an integral part of the web, and aid in the creation of e-commerce website, user-friendly websites, and other customized sites. In the uncommon event, however, that a customer has cookies disabled on their browser, the customer is not available for tracking, and sales will not be tracked.
- Q. When are leads updated?
A. Most offers are updated in real time, however, some may take up to a week to update depending on when the merchants give us your numbers.
- Q. Is there a minimum amount of traffic that my site must receive?
A. Actually no, you site must get a minimum of at least one (1) visitor per day.
- Q. I have more than one website, can I use the same account for all of them?
A. Yes, you will be able to add multiple websites and track stats seperately for each site.
- Q. Can I receive payment via PayPal?
